A nine person Board of Trustees governs the school. Six members are elected from the parent community and serve two-year terms. Two faculty are elected to sit on the board, and they serve a one year term. The ninth member is the US Ambassadors representative, an appointed position.
The Director reports to the Board and is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the school. There are separate principals for the Lower School Division and the High School Division.
