The International Festival is one of Academia Cotopaxi’s important traditions with over 2,500 people participating every year. Over 25 countries representing nationalities participate with food, games, typical dances and music.
This is a special day when the Academia Cotopaxi community gathers to see friends, eat delicious food, enjoy fabulous student performances, play games and enjoy a beautiful day.
The proceeds from the International Festival are used for a school project and to support a community service area. Proceeds from the 2010 International Festival will also benefit a school project and a charitable organization this year (90% will be assigned to a school project and 10% for charity). We would like to welcome your suggestions for school projects.
Please send me your ideas via email at dproano@cotopaxi.k12.ec
