Board of Trustees

Academia Cotopaxi is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees that provides strategic oversight and ensures the school remains aligned with its mission and long-term vision.

The Director, who reports directly to the Board, works closely with faculty and staff to advance Academia Cotopaxi’s mission and strategic plan and to support continuous school improvement.

Board Composition

The Board is thoughtfully structured to represent the Academia Cotopaxi community through the following membership:

1 member appointed by the U.S. Embassy in Quito

6 members ratified by the General Assembly of Academia Cotopaxi

2 faculty members ratified by the General Assembly of Academia Cotopaxi
