Opening the Door to an Academia Cotopaxi Education

At Academia Cotopaxi, we believe that every child deserves access to an exceptional, international education. If you have dreamed of an AC experience for your child but tuition has been a barrier, we are proud to introduce our Need-Based Financial Aid Program, launching in the 2026–27 school year.

This program is designed to support families who demonstrate financial need and whose children show strong academic potential and exemplary behavior.

How to Apply for Need-Based Financial Aid

Families interested in being considered for financial aid must follow the steps below:

  1. Indicate your interest in need-based financial aid during the inquiry process.

  2. Submit the required financial aid application fee.

  3. Complete the full need-based financial aid evaluation process.

  4. If eligibility is confirmed, proceed with the standard admissions process for your child.

  5. If your child is accepted to Academia Cotopaxi, your tuition will reflect the approved financial aid award determined during the evaluation.

 

* Fees are reflection of 2025/26 tuition, 2026/27 fees are subject to annual review

Important Information About Eligibility

✔ Financial aid awards are granted only to students who demonstrate strong academic performance and exemplary behavior.
✔ Financial aid eligibility is reviewed annually, and families must complete the renewal process each year.
✔ Families receiving aid must sign a Financial Aid Agreement, outlining expectations for continued academic and behavioral excellence.
✔ Financial aid is available only for grade levels with open seats.
