Discover Ecuador
It is coming soon on September 23-27. Discover Ecuador is one of our most important weeks of the school year. Experiential learning is the best we can offer our students, and students at most international schools are incredibly privileged to have these opportunities. After months of preparation, the week is here!

All students will report to their mentor classrooms at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 23, for attendance and to check their packing. You may find each packing list here: Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8. You may also find trip information on the Discover Ecuador website.

Each trip is planned to arrive back to school by 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 27.

Parents will receive one daily communication by email from the Middle School. Please check your inboxes for this daily update. Remember, the policy is “no news is good news.” If you do not hear from us specifically about your child, this means that everything is going well!

Please remember, students are NOT allowed to bring cell phones, computers, or other electronic communication devices.

If you have any questions, concerns, or an emergency during working hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), please contact Maria Leonor in the Middle School Office and she will contact the trip leaders. After hours emergency numbers will be sent in a separate communication to each grade level.

Thank you to all Middle School parents for your support at home last week during MAP testing. In the weeks following Discover Ecuador, Math and Language Arts teachers will be discussing MAP growth and goals with students
